💼 About This Role

You'll join BAYADA's RBT Academy as a paid trainee and become a Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT) in just a few weeks. You'll work with individuals with Autism and IDDs to reduce challenging behaviors and increase functional skills. This non-profit employer provides paid training and certification with no experience required.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work directly with clients following the treatment plan
• Document interventions and progress towards goals
• Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior plan
• Provide training and assistance to help client acquire skills

📋 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT Exam

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as Paraprofessional or Skills Trainer
• Interest in working with Autism or IDDs
