🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor maintenance technicians and community care associates
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Manage make-ready and apartment turnover process
• Execute preventative maintenance programs and ensure safety compliance

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in facilities or residential building maintenance
• 3+ years supervisory experience with a track record of developing teams
• HVAC, EPA, and/or NAPE certification
• Advanced skill in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to complex mechanical systems like central plant and chillers
• Basic carpentry, drywall, and painting skills
• Knowledge of risk management, OSHA, and MSDS
