🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage employee lifecycle leave and working hours matters.
• Advise on employment legislation and legal interpretations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for compliance.
• Develop and update global internal documentation on Time Attendance.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with legal compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English at business level.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, async remote environment.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite.
