💼 About This Role

You'll join the Group Legal Compliance team to build a modern in-house legal function with a focus on German employment law. You'll provide legal advice on individual and collective labor law matters and draft company agreements. This role offers broad exposure to contract and corporate law in an international context.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide legal advice on German employment law matters
• Prepare and negotiate works council agreements
• Draft and review employment-related documents and policies
• Support contract and corporate law matters

📋 Requirements

• Completed law degree (Staatsexamen) or equivalent
• First practical experience in employment law (e.g., law firm, in-house, or clerkship)
• Basic knowledge of collective labor law and works council processes
• Excellent German and English communication skills
