🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design, architecture, and delivery of complex product initiatives across web and mobile
• Build and enhance React and React Native applications used by veterinary professionals
• Set engineering standards and drive code quality and test coverage
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance across teams

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• Deep expertise in a modern programming language and JavaScript/React
• Proven ability to design scalable systems, APIs, and data models

• Experience with Python and Django
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, or Redis
