💼 About This Role

You'll own antenna design end-to-end for Fi's connected pet products from concept through mass production. Your work will directly shape real-world performance under tight constraints around size, power, and manufacturability. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, mechanical, and product teams to push cutting-edge RF solutions into high-volume consumer hardware.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end antenna design for Fi products, from proof-of-concept through mass production.
• Lead antenna architecture and contribute to overall system architecture.
• Design, optimize, tune, and validate antennas to meet aggressive constraints.
• Work closely with mechanical, ID, firmware, and overseas engineering teams for antenna integration.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing electrically small antennas for consumer electronics.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Deep hands-on experience with custom antenna design in the ~600 MHz to 3 GHz range.
• Proficiency with 3D electromagnetic simulation tools for antenna design.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with antenna fabrication methods: LDS, FPC, PCB, stamped metal, ceramic chip.
• Familiarity with firmware/software for RF validation and Python scripting.
• Passion for dogs.
