Description

You will support ELEKS's company-wide implementation of Workday by ensuring data accuracy, building Power BI dashboards, and providing actionable insights to HR and business leaders during the HR transformation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR analytics or People Analytics
• Hands-on experience with HR dashboards and reports
• Advanced Excel and strong Power BI proficiency
• Experience with HRIS systems; Workday is a strong advantage
• Practical experience using AI tools for data analysis

Responsibilities

• Learn existing people data structure (ERP + Power BI)
• Ensure data accuracy and readiness for Workday
• Compare Workday native reports with existing dashboards and identify gaps
• Build interim reports for leadership visibility during transition
• Use AI tools to speed up analysis, identify trends, and draft insights
