You will own the strategy for lifecycle journeys and campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive user engagement across the entire journey, from onboarding to retention. You'll use data-driven approaches, A/B testing, and customer segmentation to optimize messaging and improve marketing performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of growth marketing experience in consumer financial services or data-driven field
  • Analytical approach with experience in Excel, A/B testing, and relational databases
  • Experience developing marketing strategy including opportunity assessment and customer segmentation
  • Results-oriented with curiosity and creativity to execute in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy for lifecycle journeys and campaigns, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to increase customer engagement
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, Design, Data Science, and Content teams to develop personalized customer journeys
  • Use customer segmentation and data analysis to uncover targeted messaging opportunities
  • Design and implement A/B tests, applying statistical fundamentals to evaluate results
  • Drive creative development and iteration pipeline using insights from experimentation
