You'll lead a best-in-class brand creative studio shaping how Motorway shows up for every car seller and dealer in the UK. You'll define the creative vision for the brand, steward brand identity, and own creative direction across flagship brand platforms, performance social, B2B marketing, and in-product expression. This is a unique opportunity to balance high-end craft with commercial impact in a fast-growing scale-up.

- Set the creative bar across all tiers of work
- Build the 'Motorway Brand World' narrative and visual identity
- Run a high-velocity studio with tiered production model
- Own the AI creative strategy and embed AI tools
- Drive commercial performance through creative feedback loops
๐ Requirements
- Head of Creative or equivalent at scaled consumer/D2C/marketplace
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-building craft and measurable impact
- Proven track record leading in-house creative teams and external agencies
- Experience with tiered creative delivery model balancing craft and volume
