As a Senior Strategic Account Manager at Afresh, you will own the revenue, retention, and expansion of one of our largest grocery partnerships, acting as a general manager to transform the relationship into an indispensable, long-term partnership. You will build C-suite relationships, lead strategic discovery and executive business reviews, and coordinate internally with product and operations teams to align with customer needs.

Requirements

  • Expertise in retail/grocery technology and AI transformation
  • Proven track record of complex commercial negotiation

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue, retention, and expansion targets for strategic accounts
  • Build and maintain C-suite relationships up to CEO/COO/CIO level
  • Lead executive discovery sessions and quarterly business reviews
  • Coordinate internal executive alignment and product roadmap influence
  • Lead multi-million dollar contract negotiations and full sales cycles
