Description
As a Senior Strategic Account Manager at Afresh, you will own the revenue, retention, and expansion of one of our largest grocery partnerships, acting as a general manager to transform the relationship into an indispensable, long-term partnership. You will build C-suite relationships, lead strategic discovery and executive business reviews, and coordinate internally with product and operations teams to align with customer needs.

Responsibilities
- Own revenue, retention, and expansion targets for strategic accounts
- Build and maintain C-suite relationships up to CEO/COO/CIO level
- Lead executive discovery sessions and quarterly business reviews
- Coordinate internal executive alignment and product roadmap influence
- Lead multi-million dollar contract negotiations and full sales cycles
