Description

Lead a team of technicians and engineers to maintain and improve plant utilities and building systems for Starlink's critical infrastructure. You'll drive performance metrics, develop advanced maintenance methodologies, and manage projects and vendors to ensure high uptime and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead technician and engineering team for preventative/corrective maintenance, spare parts, and troubleshooting of plant utilities
• Create standardized KPI metrics and ensure accountability
• Develop advanced maintenance methodologies to improve equipment uptime, efficiency, and cost control
• Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams with mentorship and strategic guidance
• Manage facilities projects and maintenance vendors for a world-class facility
