🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as consultant for inventors to clarify their needs and goals
• Coordinate resources across teams to support inventor success
• Define business requirements for Inventor Laboratory based on customer needs
• Build and lead a customer-facing team

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years leading consultants or business development
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English
• Experience communicating with customers and multiple stakeholders
• Leadership to drive initiatives without predefined answers

• 5+ years of account management with technical teams
• Startup or new business development experience
• Knowledge of data or AI utilization and business
