💼 About This Role

You'll join a talent pool for Clinical Research Associate roles supporting site management and monitoring across Canada. You'll drive data quality and regulatory compliance through remote and onsite visits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Perform remote data and system reviews for quality and compliance.
• Assist with query resolution, safety reviews, and adverse event follow-up.
• Support site startup, activation, and recruitment activities.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3+ years of clinical research experience
• Honours Bachelor Degree in life sciences or related field
• Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines
• Ability to perform remote and onsite monitoring

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with EDC and CTMS systems
• Previous CRA experience in a CRO environment
