You'll serve as the first HRBP at a fast-growing Series A AI startup, shaping people programs from the ground up. You'll directly influence organizational health and employee experience as the company scales. This role offers autonomy to build scalable systems while maintaining culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise leadership on organizational health and people strategy
• Provide employee support across the full lifecycle
• Partner with recruiting on talent strategies
• Build performance management and development programs
• Own compensation planning and strategy

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years as an HRBP
• 2+ years at a high-growth startup or tech company
• Deep expertise in employee relations
• Proven ability to design organizational structures for rapid growth
• Experience building talent and learning programs from scratch

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in AI/ML or deeply technical environments
• Experience scaling from 50→200+ employees
• Familiarity with modern People tools (HRIS, ATS, engagement platforms)
