💼 About This Role

You'll join Sierra's legal team to structure and negotiate commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements and technology licenses. You'll help build scalable workflows and playbooks while advising on IP, privacy, and AI-related legal issues. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Negotiate and manage SaaS, licensing, and vendor agreements
  • Develop contract templates, playbooks, and workflows
  • Advise on IP, privacy, and AI regulatory issues
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Agent Development teams

📋 Requirements

  • 2-6 years of legal experience with law firm and tech in-house background
  • Strong background in SaaS or enterprise software commercial contracts
  • Strong communication skills to partner with legal and non-legal stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity in a startup

  • Experience with privacy/regulatory frameworks and data processing agreements
  • Passion for AI and understanding of LLMs and related legal issues
