Description

You will take the lead in troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation, and security systems, ensuring the daily functioning of the property. You'll respond quickly to maintenance deficiencies, deliver excellent customer service, and adhere to building codes and safety standards.

Requirements

• 1-3 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in Residential Property Management
• HVAC, EPA Certification strongly preferred
• Expertise in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and/or Appliance Repair
• Ability to exert 50-100 pounds of force occasionally
• Personal reliable transportation and availability for on-call rotation including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and adjustments to control systems for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation, and security systems
• Maintain the physical asset of the property with advanced maintenance skills
• Respond to deficiencies from preventative maintenance inspections
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours
• Adhere to building codes, safety standards, and fair housing laws
