Description

You will assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a caring and supportive manner, working as part of a team under nurse supervision. This entry-level role offers growth potential and the opportunity to provide person-centered care in a senior living community.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• No certification required
• Caring and compassionate demeanor

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (teeth care, toileting, bathing, incontinence, dressing)
• Provide supervision and cueing for transfer ambulation
• Communicate and coordinate with resident needs and team structure
• Respond to emergency calls from Independent Living residents
• Assist with various daily needs as necessary
