💼 About This Role

You'll join Saily's AI-native product engineering team to build features for millions of travelers, owning problems from idea to production. You'll deliver 2x the output of a non-AI Senior Engineer using AI agents for coding, testing, and iteration. You'll work across the stack with minimal guidance and improve internal development workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own problems end-to-end from idea to production
• Deliver features without fully defined specifications
• Operate in small, highly autonomous teams
• Improve internal agent network and workflows

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of development experience building real products
• Experience designing and deploying AI-native tools with measurable adoption
• Full-stack experience across mobile or web (frontend + backend)
• Strong product mindset focused on outcomes, not tickets

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Go, MySQL, Kafka, and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and GraphQL
• Knowledge of SwiftUI, Kotlin, or Android development
