You will generate and qualify new business opportunities, engage outbound and inbound prospects, and set qualified meetings for Sales Representatives. This role directly impacts revenue growth through consistent pipeline creation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a BDR/SDR or similar role
- Demonstrated success setting appointments for sales representatives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable engaging prospects via phone, email, and social platforms
- Experience using CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, HubSpot, or similar preferred)
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, contact, and qualify prospective customers via outbound and inbound channels
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess prospect fit and needs
- Schedule qualified meetings between prospects and Sales Representatives
- Maintain accurate activity and lead status in CRM
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align messaging and improve lead quality
