You'll drive strategic growth across a portfolio of high-value merchant accounts in the payments and fintech ecosystem. You'll act as a trusted business partner, identifying revenue opportunities and optimizing payment performance. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and business strategy.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic merchant accounts, focusing on retention and revenue expansion.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing transaction flows and client needs.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders to align on performance and growth strategies.
- Monitor key payment KPIs and proactively address performance issues.
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years in Account Management or Business Development within FinTech or Payments.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and merchant lifecycle.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret transaction data and identify performance trends.

- Experience with KPIs such as conversion rates and approval rates.
- Strong communication skills in English and Russian (mandatory).
- Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
