You'll act as a trusted business partner, identifying revenue opportunities and optimizing payment performance.   • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic merchant accounts, focusing on retention and revenue expansion.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing transaction flows and client needs.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders to align on performance and growth strategies.
  • Monitor key payment KPIs and proactively address performance issues.

  • 4+ years in Account Management or Business Development within FinTech or Payments.
  • Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and merchant lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret transaction data and identify performance trends.

  • Experience with KPIs such as conversion rates and approval rates.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Russian (mandatory).
