You'll lead retention strategy for high-growth Shopify brands, partnering with top-tier ecommerce companies to improve subscriber growth and LTV. You'll act as the in-house expert, coaching the CSM team and building scalable playbooks. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with top-tier ecommerce brands as a retention and lifecycle expert
  • Coach and elevate the Strategic CSM team on retention marketing
  • Create scalable playbooks for lifecycle flows and subscription retention
  • Identify and drive improvements in LTV, retention, and subscriber growth

📋 Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM
  • Deep experience with Klaviyo (must-have) and SMS platforms like Postscript or Attentive
  • Proven track record driving retention strategies and LTV for ecommerce brands
  • Strong understanding of subscription programs including dunning, churn prevention, and winbacks

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience working at an ecommerce brand or retention/lifecycle agency
  • Fluent in ecommerce metrics such as LTV, churn, and cohort performance
  • Ability to go from strategy to execution seamlessly
