You will own the end-to-end customer process, handling queries, complaints, and account verifications across digital channels and ticketing systems. Collaborate with teams like Compliance, Engineering, and Fraud to resolve issues and improve support quality.

Requirements

  • Full fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
  • Located in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, or Brazil
  • 1+ years experience as Customer Support or Service Agent
  • Experience with Zendesk
  • Experience with voice, email, chat, and phone support channels

Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to incoming requests through support channels within SLA
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders effectively and empathetically
  • Compile user requirements and escalate to operations team as needed
  • Document and alert team of sudden problems based on user reports
  • Work with customer advocacy to standardize policies and procedures
