🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of high-performing engineers
• Collaborate with product, design, and GTM teams
• Own technical strategy, architecture, and delivery processes
• Scale engineering practices including hiring and culture-building

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams
• Experience building customer-facing web apps with TypeScript, Node.js, React
• Strong technical judgment and ability to make architecture tradeoffs

• Passion for wellness, startups, or empowering small business owners
• Experience with Firestore/MongoDB
