You'll provide technical support for home appliances and laptops in Coupang's dedicated after-sales center. You'll deliver remote troubleshooting and drive service process improvements to enhance the customer experience from purchase to A/S.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide technical troubleshooting for home appliances and laptops
  • Handle general customer inquiries related to electronics
  • Conduct video and remote consultations with customers

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a CS counselor in home appliance or laptop manufacturer/distributor
  • High understanding of electronic products and quick learning of new products
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and other work-related tools

✨ Nice to Have

  • Expertise in Zendesk system (Trigger, Workato understanding)
  • Business-level English conversation skills
