💼 About This Role
You'll provide technical support for home appliances and laptops in Coupang's dedicated after-sales center. You'll deliver remote troubleshooting and drive service process improvements to enhance the customer experience from purchase to A/S.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Provide technical troubleshooting for home appliances and laptops
- Handle general customer inquiries related to electronics
- Conduct video and remote consultations with customers
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a CS counselor in home appliance or laptop manufacturer/distributor
- High understanding of electronic products and quick learning of new products
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and other work-related tools
✨ Nice to Have
- Expertise in Zendesk system (Trigger, Workato understanding)
- Business-level English conversation skills
