You'll lead paid support offerings for Snowflake's enterprise customers, driving revenue and retention through proactive, advisory-led engagement. You'll build deep technical relationships and evolve AI-augmented support models to scale value delivery.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build executive relationships with strategic customers to drive paid support adoption.
  • Lead DSE team in proactive advisory, architectural reviews, and risk assessments.
  • Own regional sales cycle for paid support programs, collaborating with Sales VPs.
  • Achieve KPIs for revenue, attach, consumption, retention, and staffing.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven track record in premium support leadership or senior technical sales with revenue accountability.
  • Experience managing cross-functional relationships with sales, engineering, and partners.
  • Ability to sustain KPIs across revenue, retention, and consumption.
  • Experience with AI-augmented workflows or proactive support models.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Snowflake ecosystem.
  • Background in cloud data platforms or data engineering.
  • Familiarity with SLAs and support operations.
