You'll lead paid support offerings for Snowflake's enterprise customers, driving revenue and retention through proactive, advisory-led engagement. You'll build deep technical relationships and evolve AI-augmented support models to scale value delivery.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build executive relationships with strategic customers to drive paid support adoption.
- Lead DSE team in proactive advisory, architectural reviews, and risk assessments.
- Own regional sales cycle for paid support programs, collaborating with Sales VPs.
- Achieve KPIs for revenue, attach, consumption, retention, and staffing.
๐ Requirements
- Proven track record in premium support leadership or senior technical sales with revenue accountability.
- Experience managing cross-functional relationships with sales, engineering, and partners.
- Ability to sustain KPIs across revenue, retention, and consumption.
- Experience with AI-augmented workflows or proactive support models.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Snowflake ecosystem.
- Background in cloud data platforms or data engineering.
- Familiarity with SLAs and support operations.
