You'll drive financial strategy, operations, and reporting for a fast-growing tech company, partnering with stakeholders across global entities. You'll have end-to-end ownership of finance operations with the opportunity to build and lead a team over time. This role offers the chance to learn AI tools to drive operational efficiencies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end accounting and finance functions
• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process
• Lead annual audit and ESOP valuation with external vendors
• Prepare management, board, investor, and statutory reports

📋 Requirements

• Chartered Accountant or degree in Accountancy
• 10+ years commercial and/or audit experience with IFRS/SFRS
• Experience maintaining full set of accounts for multiple entities including consolidation
• Proven track record of automation and process simplification

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of India and Germany accounting standards
• Experience working with decentralized, cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with Netsuite
