Description

You will own the learning technology ecosystem for the Commercial Organization, administering the LMS and adjacent platforms like AI role-playing, sales enablement, and knowledge base. You'll ensure platform reliability, content lifecycle management, and analytics that tie learning to business outcomes.

Requirements

Experience administering an LMS (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
Experience with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Mindtickle)
Ability to translate operational needs into scalable system configurations and data flows
Strong analytical skills for building dashboards and reports
Collaboration across cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, and HR

Responsibilities

Own and configure LMS (SAP SuccessFactors) settings, user roles, integrations, and content
Administer AI role-playing, sales enablement, knowledge base, and CMS platforms
Drive platform reliability with ≥99.9% uptime and SSO success ≥99%
Generate quarterly learner impact reports linking training to performance
Ensure compliance with on-time completion ≥95% and zero critical audit findings
