💼 About This Role

You'll own the day-to-day planning and execution of avionics work for a high-performance propulsion company, coordinating across Supply Chain, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Engineering. You'll ensure resources and materials align to program schedules, identify risks early, and drive mitigations. This role offers a chance to work on cutting-edge aerospace and defense systems in a collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day work direction to Avionics Technicians
• Allocate technician resources across multiple programs and builds
• Establish and maintain task priorities to support production schedules
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure avionics material availability

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, or related technical field
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and project tracking systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or Production Planner
• Familiarity with avionics, electronics, or embedded hardware assemblies
• Experience with Supply Chain, Procurement, or Materials Planning
