💼 About This Role

You'll assist with loading/unloading equipment, trenching, and conduit installation at construction sites for a telecom company. You'll ensure worksite safety and complete daily restoration tasks. This role offers overtime pay and growth opportunities within the company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Load and unload equipment and supplies for daily work.
• Hand dig to expose utilities and complete trenches.
• Operate jackhammers, air knives, and pneumatic boring equipment.
• Place conduit and cables in trenches and splice conduit sections.

📋 Requirements

• Valid CA Driver's License for three years with clean DMV record
• Ability to lift 80 pounds or more and perform strenuous physical labor
• Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials, and supplies in heavy/highway construction
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing and follow instructions

✨ Nice to Have

• Some knowledge of first aid and applicable safety precautions.
• Class A Driver's License (for $10,000 annual incentive).
• Experience with trenching and conduit placement.
