💼 About This Role

You'll provide an amazing shopping experience for customers at Hot Topic, sharing your music and pop culture knowledge. You'll help stock and merchandise the store, process sales, and drive add-on sales through BOPIS and curbside pickup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Cover the sales floor and ensure visual standards are met.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
