Description

You will serve as the primary point of contact for government contracts, managing the full lifecycle from onboarding to long-term retention and growth. You'll deliver exceptional customer service, identify requirements, champion feedback internally, and drive strategic decisions to scale enterprise business for Starshield.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in engineering or business (or 6+ years relevant experience)
• 3+ years consulting or project management experience
• 3+ years customer-facing technical product/service experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance or willingness to obtain
• Available for extended hours/weekends and travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, account management, retention, and growth for assigned government contracts
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently
• Build relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations
• Collect and champion customer feedback to influence product development
• Identify risks and communicate readiness levels to realize forecasted revenue
