You'll own the end-to-end autonomy system for fully autonomous cargo aircraft that fly real missions. Your work directly impacts safe and reliable mission completion in real-world conditions. You will shape how ML systems improve with real flight data and close the gap between simulation and deployment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end autonomy system across perception, estimation, planning, and behaviors
• Define system architecture and make performance-reliability tradeoffs
• Lead engineers and set technical direction for autonomy development
• Drive ML model improvement using real-world data and dataset strategy

📋 Requirements

• Owned autonomy systems deployed in the real world, not just simulation
• Strong system-level understanding across perception, estimation, and planning with depth in at least one area
• Experience training or improving ML models used in real-world robotic or autonomy systems
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Python

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with autonomous aircraft or aerial systems
• Experience deploying ML models to resource-constrained or real-time systems
• Familiarity with ROS2 or similar robotics frameworks
