You'll maintain student housing properties, handling repairs, preventative maintenance, and apartment turnovers for Scion Group. Your work ensures safety and functionality while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced collegiate environment. This role offers hands-on experience with building automation systems and major building systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Log service requests and completed work in CMMS systems.
• Perform physically demanding maintenance of property features.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems.
• Coordinate vendor schedules and inspect vacated apartments.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of full-time general maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA 608 certification (Core, Type I, II, III).
• Valid driver's license.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with Entrata, CMMS, or Building Automation Systems.
