Description

You will design, build, and scale production-grade LLM integrations and AI-powered automation tools end-to-end, from architecture to deployment. This role combines applied AI research with full-stack engineering, focusing on systems used by real people every day.

Requirements

• 3+ years software engineering, 2+ years building AI/ML/LLM systems in production
• Deep expertise with large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Llama) via API
• Strong full-stack skills in Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django) and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI)
• Experience with RAG, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Responsibilities

• Design and build LLM-powered applications (GPT-4, Claude, Mistral, Llama) for automation and knowledge retrieval
• Build robust API integrations between AI models and internal systems (HRIS, CRM, etc.)
• Develop full-stack AI features end-to-end, from backend orchestration to frontend interfaces
• Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI models and services
• Implement RAG systems and retrieval pipelines grounded in internal knowledge
