💼 About This Role

You'll deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting. As a clinician, you'll independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a team-supported model. This role offers a structured schedule and the chance to work with an award-winning digital clinic.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment for opioid use disorder
• Conduct remote patient visits and assessments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team
• Document patient care in electronic health records

📋 Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in your state of residence
• 1+ years of experience prescribing buprenorphine independently
• Reside in one of the approved states (AK, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, VA, WA, WY)
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace

• PMHNP certification (+2% pay differential)
