You'll guide new customers through a seamless onboarding journey for a complex SaaS platform. You'll act as a trusted partner, translating business needs into system configurations and workflows. This role combines technical understanding with relationship-building in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes
- Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide setup and configuration
- Communicate onboarding requirements with customers and stakeholders
- Educate customers on platform capabilities and best practices
๐ Requirements
- 1โ2 years of experience in customer onboarding or customer-facing roles
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
