Description

You will develop and synchronize multi-INT requirements, optimize collection posture, and enable timely, actionable intelligence for mission success. You will coordinate collection efforts, conduct gap analyses, and mentor junior personnel to support high-priority defense operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, Security Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years experience in intelligence collection management with defense, IC, or federal org
• Advanced knowledge of intelligence cycle, collection management processes, targeting methodologies
• Hands-on experience with PRISM, HOTR, DCGS, or similar tools
• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and validate all-source intelligence collection requirements
• Coordinate collection efforts among analysts, operators, and platform managers
• Conduct collection gap analyses and propose targeted solutions
• Prepare detailed collection plans, requirements packages, and assessments
• Mentor and train junior personnel
