🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and improve operational systems for enterprise deployments
• Build and maintain dashboards for deployment performance and KPIs
• Identify and automate manual operational bottlenecks
• Analyze operational inefficiencies and drive process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Operations Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar roles
• Strong systems-thinking and operational problem-solving skills
• Experience building dashboards, reporting systems, and automations
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SQL, Python, Retool, Zapier, or Airtable
• Experience in healthcare, RCM, or AI operations
• Familiarity with APIs and workflow orchestration
