  • Resolve moderate-complexity IT tickets efficiently
  • Manage daily workload independently with minimal oversight
  • Provide AV support for meetings and conference rooms
  • Maintain and follow SOPs and knowledge base articles

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT support experience in a corporate environment
  • Proficient in end-user device management and account administration
  • Proven ability to resolve moderate-complexity tickets and manage workload
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with ITSM tools like Jira Service Desk
  • Experience with Chime tech stack (G-Workspace, Slack, Atlassian)
  • Background in contributing to knowledge base articles and SOPs
