💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale Deel's strategic partnership with SAP across EMEA, driving joint go-to-market motions and revenue growth in the DACH region. You'll act as the primary point of contact for SAP, managing field engagement, governance, and alignment with internal teams. This role offers high impact within a hyper-growth SaaS company and the chance to shape the future of global work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the SAP EMEA relationship, including engagements, leads, and governance
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline via SAP ecosystem
• Identify, recruit, and activate strategic SAP ecosystem partners
• Build and execute joint GTM plans focused on DACH region

📋 Requirements

• 7–12+ years experience in SAP partnerships or alliances
• Deep understanding of SAP field structure and partner ecosystem
• Proven track record of building GTM motions driving pipeline and revenue
• Based in DACH region with strong EMEA coverage
