🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead interdisciplinary team for all facilities operations
• Manage third-party service providers to meet standards
• Develop and execute site improvement projects
• Administer periodic maintenance program using CMMS

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 5+ years of facilities supervision experience
• 1+ years with building management systems (HVAC, electrical, etc.)
• 1+ years implementing TPM or RCM methodologies
