You'll strengthen Alan's Enterprise and Public sector Sales by providing insights and expertise to handle large customers. You'll master the platform, support RFPs, and feed customer needs into the product roadmap. This role offers the chance to build a growing function within a mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Sales team with insights, expertise, and tools
• Understand prospects' needs and align Alan's offering
• Participate in RFP submissions and build responses
• Act as voice of the customer to feed product roadmap

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a SaaS environment
• Experience in end-to-end procurement projects (RFI, RFQ, RFP)
• Ability to handle objections in complex environments
• Fluent in French and English
