💼 About This Role

You'll join the Exchange Production Support team to maintain the global cryptocurrency trading system operating 24x7. You'll own L2/L3 production support for key business lines like Exchange, Risk, and Backoffice. This role offers exposure to high-frequency trading systems and cloud DevOps tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical support for Sales, Business Users, and Institutional customers
• Identify and resolve production incidents with end-to-end ownership
• Take ownership of release activities and ITIL process adherence
• Monitor and automate infrastructure alerts for system stability

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of production support experience in Banking or Financial Services
• Proficiency in UNIX commands, SQL, and Bash/Python scripting
• Experience supporting FIX protocol and APIs
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Java systems and Cloud/DevOps tools

✨ Nice to Have

• ITIL certification
• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace
• Experience supporting Trading Systems (OMS/EMS) for Equities, FX, or Crypto
