💼 About This Role

You'll support company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting for a global software company. Your core impact will be driving annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and financial modeling in partnership with regional finance teams. This role offers hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning in a dynamic environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts with regional finance teams.
• Create and maintain financial models for expense and headcount planning.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages with variance and trend analysis.
• Maintain and update Workday Adaptive Planning models and assumptions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Hands-on experience with planning tools, Workday Adaptive Planning preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Visual Lease, or Alteryx.

• Understanding of subscription-based revenue models and SaaS concepts.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
