๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Support Specialists.
- Monitor showroom volume and balance workloads.
- Serve as escalation point for complex client support issues.
- Ensure adherence to service standards and response-time requirements.
๐ Requirements
- 2-4 years of administrative or project management experience.
- 1-2 years in a Team Lead or Supervisor capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Travel required up to 30% to support showrooms.
