  • Monitor showroom volume and balance workloads.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex client support issues.
  • Ensure adherence to service standards and response-time requirements.

  • 2-4 years of administrative or project management experience.
  • 1-2 years in a Team Lead or Supervisor capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Travel required up to 30% to support showrooms.
