You'll lead the global customer success and support organization at Geotab Vitality, a joint venture at the intersection of telematics and behavioral science. Your impact will be driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth for fleets worldwide. This role offers the chance to shape strategy and scale a high-performing team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage the customer journey from post-sale through renewal and expansion
- Develop customer health scoring and proactive intervention strategies
- Design and execute land-and-expand strategies for upsell and cross-sell
- Lead global customer support operations and scalable support frameworks
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years in Customer Success or Account Management leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS or telematics environments
- Demonstrated success in land-and-expand strategies and enterprise account growth
