You'll lead the global customer success and support organization at Geotab Vitality, a joint venture at the intersection of telematics and behavioral science.   • Manage the customer journey from post-sale through renewal and expansion
  • Develop customer health scoring and proactive intervention strategies
  • Design and execute land-and-expand strategies for upsell and cross-sell
  • Lead global customer support operations and scalable support frameworks

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years in Customer Success or Account Management leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS or telematics environments
  • Demonstrated success in land-and-expand strategies and enterprise account growth
