You will lead and grow a US-based AI engineering team, building secure, enterprise-grade AI solutions that transform employee and customer experiences. This role involves delivering applied AI features and agentic AI platforms, partnering with product and cross-functional teams to drive innovation and scale.

Requirements

• 12+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in applied AI/ML or intelligent automation.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams in the US, collaborating daily with India-based counterparts.
• Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, AI agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, and vector search.
• Experience with cloud-native platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), APIs, and microservices at scale.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, mentoring, and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow an AI engineering team in the US as part of a unified global team.
• Partner with Product Managers and peers to define priorities and deliver projects.
• Build and scale agentic AI solutions with reusable agents and enterprise guardrails.
• Deliver applied AI solutions improving productivity, decision-making, and experiences.
• Ensure engineering excellence through secure design and scalable architectures.
