Description

You will lead the strategy and operations for all front-of-house touchpoints at Sphere, ensuring a world-class luxury guest experience from ingress to egress across concerts, events, and experiences. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive seamless operations, manage budgets, and develop high-performing teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury venue or hospitality operations leadership
• Strong background in guest services, merchandising, and food/beverage management
• Budget and P&L management expertise
• Excellent leadership and team development skills
• Knowledge of health regulations and safety compliance

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement FOH strategy integrating Guest Services, Merchandise Operations, and F&B experiences
• Establish luxury service standards, operating procedures, and training frameworks
• Oversee guest flow programs for high-volume events and multi-show days
• Manage FOH budgets including P&L, forecasting, and labor oversight
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of FOH teams
• Act as escalation leader during events, driving service recovery
