💼 About This Role

You'll lead the test engineering organization at Heartflow, overseeing test strategy and execution for AI-driven cardiac software. Your core impact is ensuring predictable, high-quality releases across multiple product lines at scale. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish test engineering strategy across all product lines and platforms
• Oversee test planning, execution, and quality for product releases
• Ensure testing adheres to regulatory standards (IEC 62304, ISO 14971, etc.)
• Lead a global, multi-functional test organization including SDETs and automation engineers

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in software or test engineering, including 5+ years leading managers
• Experience executing test strategies across multiple concurrent programs in regulated environments
• Proficient with automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, REST Assured, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of quality and design control standards (ISO 13485, IEC 62304, 21 CFR Part 820)

• Previous experience supporting Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance during regulatory audits
• Experience validating complex visualizations (qualitative and quantitative)
• Background in ML/AI system testing or medical imaging products
