🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage inventory management, material handling, and logistics team.
• Develop strategic inventory planning and kitting processes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and reporting.
• Design efficient shipping and receiving workflows.
• Identify and execute process improvements using Lean principles.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in supply chain.
• Proven ability to manage inventory teams.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or related field.
• Experience in aerospace or heavy manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP Systems in rapid growth environment.
